Flashback Friday: Outbreak the zombie apocalypse

With no warning, a Zombie epidemic sweeps across modern Great Britain causing the victims to attack and feed on their friends, family and neighbours. In a small village in South Wales, two brothers, protected because of privilege and wealth, are forced to offer help and assistance and to make choices that will change their lives forever.

‘Outbreak’ is scoring some awesome reviews like this one:

"I don't usually read zombie books but I gave this one a go because it is set in a town I know. It is really well written and the pace of the plot is full on. Basically, a zombie epidemic hits and two brothers who live in the lap of luxury because of an inheritance find themselves in the position to help others to safety. Unfortunately, it all goes wrong. Some of the gory scenes are really gross (especially the scene where a horde of zombies feast on one poor woman) but what I really like was the character development. You really get inside the main charater's head as he seeks redemption from the guilt... but I won't give too much of the plot away. I hadn't read any of this author's books before but I will certainly check out his other stuff. If you like creept hooror, I'd say go for it. If you like zombies, then from what I've seen on the movies then this one sticks to the rules mostly and them mixes it up a bit too. If you are looking for Twiglet style horror romance though, this one is more about brotherly love and what people will do for their family than it is a love story. Well worth five stars for a new writer."
