The film tells the story of an aging ex-mercenary
who's done things he's not proud of, who saves a 20-something spoiled
suburbanite girl during the zombie apocalypse, and takes her under his wing to
train her how to survive. While the film delivers on all the core genre
expectations of action, special effects and horror, it also has a strong
dramatic element that will appeal to viewers of all ages, telling an unusual
father-daughter story that forms in the midst of the World's end.
