Fn Vegas premieres
LE
TAROT DE BERLIN NOIR
at
Mexico's Morbido Fest
(Montreal,
QC – November 7, 2013) – Artist Fn VEGAS will be premiering her
latest solo exhibition, LE TAROT DE BERLIN NOIR, in Mexico's 6th
annual Morbido Fest (November 13-17, Patzcuaro, Michoacan) which has
chosen as this year's theme: Magic, Superstitions and Spells. The project
re-envisions the twenty-two cards of the Major Arcana from the classic Tarot
deck through the shadowy lens of turn-of-the-century symbolism and aesthetics.
Realized
and textured with a technique of printing on cork, the mystical cards will be
presented in 15' X 23' original cork board, as well as 8' X 10' signed poster
prints. The presentation will also feature interpretive text written by
award-winning filmmaker and publisher RODRIGO GUDIÑO (The Last Will
and Testament of Rosalind Leigh, Rue Morgue Magazine).
Prints
from Le Tarot de Berlin Noir will be available for purchase following

An
official Tarot de Berlin Noir deck featuring all twenty-two Major
Arcana cards and accompanying text will also be available for pre-order on
