Psycho 78s are proud to present our brand of renegade-rules roller derby, and introduce the east coast to co-ed, no-holds-barred, full-contact derby. Started in 2009, Psycho 78s took the ideas put in motion by the Renegade Rollergirls and made them their own. There are no penalties, no clock-stops, and no mercy. We skate by one rule alone – do unto others as you'd have done unto you. We don't discourage fighting or showboating - we don't discourage anything at all – but be prepared to get back what you give. The game stays at a fast pace, and Brawl Breakers are there to keep the fights short and the packs tight. We don't affiliate ourselves with any governing organization, nor do we have any aspirations to join them in the future. We don't do territories, alliances, or politics. We're derby for the fun of skating derby, and that's where it ends. We're no-drama, no-mercy, no-bullshit, no-holds-barred roller derby. Any team, any surface, any time.
