Daily Fearcast app half off only during Comic-Con

Just in time for Comic-Con, the Daily Fearcast iPhone app will be half off. From July 11-15 only, Daily Fearcast, a horror-themed, scary horoscope app available for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, will be only $0.99. Horror fans should seize the opportunity to buy this unique app now because once Comic-Con ends the price will return to $1.99.

"There are so many horror-themed events happening during Comic-Con this year - the San Diego Zombie Walk on July 13, The Walking Dead Escape event at Petco Park July 12-14, in addition to the zombie and other horror-themed sessions happening at Comic-Con," said Jessica Berlin, chief operating officer of Galvanized Studios. "This is the biggest week of the year for horror fans, comic fans and sci-fans to geek out, which is why we put Daily Fearcast on sale. We think that the legions of walking dead invading San Diego this week will really get a kick out of Daily Fearcast."

The app allows you to choose your astrological sign and then it will notify you daily when you have a new Fearcast available. Users can also view "Other Fates," by selecting a different sign of the zodiac, to read the fates of their friends (or enemies). Observant fans of the horror genre will find hidden references to many iconic horror films, novels and video games throughout the Fearcasts. App users can also share their Fearcasts through Facebook, Twitter or by email. The app includes original artwork created specifically for Daily Fearcast that depicts scary versions of each of the 12 astrological signs.

As an example of the scary predictions included in the Daily Fearcast app, the following is today's Aries Fearcast:

"A window left open is an invitation to the creatures of the night. Sure, vampires require explicit permission to enter, but kidnappers, home invaders, werewolves, demons, and other nefarious beings will feel welcomed into your home. Check all the windows before you slip into bed for what could be the last time."

The app was made in America by Galvanized Studios, a small business started by a husband and wife team in San Diego, Calif. This is the first app released by Galvanized Studios.
