Demented Gorilla Films is currently in pre-production on the short film The Exorcism. The Exorcism is a short film Sean Valinoti wrote after he noticed very little of the full exorcism rite was portrayed in any movie he'd had ever seen. He spent a lot of time researching actual exorcisms and has infused the screenplay with dialogue that comes straight off audio recordings of real church sanctioned exorcisms. The idea behind the film is to portray an exorcism in such a grounded and realistic way that the terrifying thought of being possessed is a tangible reality for the audience.
