Kids Get Dead 2: The Kids Get Deader

“You’re going to have a helluva lot of fun!”

“When you want a fun horror film, this is exactly what you are looking for.”

“Good fun and a great benchmark for the retro slasher genre”

Kids Get Dead 2: The Kids Get Deader is a return to the classic midnight movie slasher genre featuring horror hostess Peaches McNeil (Samantha Glovin). It continues where part one left off. After years of nightmares and therapy sessions Casey (Leah Rudick) sets out to find the author of a mysterious novel that foretold the brutal murder of her brother at the hands of a masked maniac.

Meanwhile it’s all boobs, blood and rock ‘n’ roll for a group of teenagers at a house party. All except for Brian (Bradley Creanzo) who is buried in Charles Carver’s (Steve Buja) latest novel. When the crazed killer (Alexander Kollar) returns to slaughter their sexcapades with blood- splattering similarity found within the novel Brian and Casey must struggle to unseal their own fates before it’s too late.

Are they just characters in a story living out the brutal fantasies of a mad man? Or can freewill save them from the clutches of a gruesome destiny?

Starring: Leah Rudick, Samantha Glovin, Jeff Foley, Lauren Maslanik, Bradley Creanzo, Steve Buja, Alexander Kollar, and Andrew Saunders

Written by: Michael Hall and Robert J. Huntley

Directed by: Michael Hall

From the director:

Where did the idea for this film come from? Why a sequel?
The 80’s had a great tradition of slasher film sequels and it seemed like a natural progression to extend Kids Get Dead. USA's Up All Night with Rhonda Shear was a very influential show for me growing up. It really was my introduction to horror and exploitation films. This, along with Tales From The Crypt and The Twilight Zone, really inspired me to include hostess segments in my films. All those cheesy puns and whacky characters still make me smile to this day. In addition to being a little love note paying homage to hosts of the past, I think it adds a great dynamic to a horror film genre often forgotten.

EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL jumps into crowd-funding for Official Live CD

EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL Gives Fans the Chance to Make CD a Reality

Highly-anticipated live CD to be released by EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL this year

LAS VEGAS - June 23, 2014 - Evil Dead the Musical has been celebrating its two year milestone at Planet Hollywood's V Theater with special performances, discounts on tickets, and the announcement of the show's upcoming live CD.

The show is turning its interactive energy into a CD that includes live audiences reacting to the show. Recently the production kicked off a campaign to raise funds to finalize the project.

"Fans have been a part of this process since we started it," says the show's producer and director Sirc Michaels, "And it makes perfect sense to include them in the process of bringing the CD to life."

Highlights of the upcoming CD include:
1. All major songs from the show
2. Dialogue and scenes within the show to give context to the songs
3. Audience interaction and lines shouted during the recorded performances

Las Vegas' production of EVIL DEAD is the first staging of the show to be granted permission to create a CD. Rather than have it be a studio recording like the original Off-Broadway cast recording, the team behind the Las Vegas show felt instead that a live CD would give listeners an understanding of the energy and audience reaction to the show, making them feel they were there watching it.

"We want people to be able to close their eyes and visualize what is happening on stage," says Sirc Michaels, "And we feel very strongly that we have succeeded."

How much material is on the CD will be determined by how much money the production can raise through its IndieGogo campaign. The show is looking to raise $10,000 to offset the costs of creating the CD, and increasing what can be included on the CD.

The campaign and details on how to support it can be found here: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/evil-dead-official-live-cd

Animosity is the story of Andrew Holland, a bestselling horror writer whose life begins to mirror the fictional nightmares of his novels after he finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Although none of his neighbors read "that stuff", they are proud to know a “celebrity”. But everything changes after Andy finds the body of a murdered child several hundred yards from his front door. Before long the writer's life is in danger…as his former friends become monsters more terrifying than any fictional villains he ever imagined.

The Centerville Trilogy

"kept me on the edge of my seat. I could not stop reading and look forward to more from this author."

"The author has great character development, making me feel as if I grew up with these characters."

"Really enjoyed these short stories, looking forward to more from this brilliant writer."

So what are these short stories about...

The Centerville Trilogy contains the following stories; Nine Alleys, Accidents Happen (expanded version), and Scare the Girls.

Nine Alleys: Legend has it that if you walk the nine alleys of Centerville one week before Halloween, you’ll see a ghost in Odd Fellows cemetery. The entire town of Centerville falls apart in one night after three local youths decide to put the legend to the test.

Accidents Happen: In August of 1963, Anne Marie Burk threw her crutches in the bed of a beige and white Chevy Fleetside pickup, climbed inside the cab, and never came home… twenty years later she arrived on her mother’s doorstep in her bruised and battered twelve-year-old body. The citizens of the tightly knit borough of Centerville are perplexed; the Irish community believes Anne Marie’s reemergence to be a miracle, the Polish community believes it to be a curse. Something is about to tear Centerville apart, and Anne Marie is at the epicenter of the impending destructive force.

Scare the Girls: Three girls, five boys, one lost cell phone, and one variable.
