Mental Fitness, Inc. (http://www.normal-life.org/) is a national 501(c)(3)nonprofit that was created through collaboration with top experts in medicine, humanities and education to address a public health crisis facing America's children. Working with Harvard University, Mental Fitness, Inc. offers an array of arts and media initiatives to schools and colleges around the country to combat life-threatening mental illnesses.  Since its inception, Mental Fitness, Inc. has reached more than 500,000 educators, clinicians, parents and kids worldwide.  Mental Fitness, Inc.'s FREE training initiatives incorporate more than 14 programs that are used to train school leaders, clinicians, coaches and parents about mental health, female athlete triad, stress management and healthy coping strategies. Through their fundraisers and wonderful donors, their ED 101 seminars are held in schools in various cities without costing the schools a single penny. Your donations are helping students, parents, and educators across the country learn about the dangerous affects of eating disorders, how to seek help if struggling with an eating disorder, learn about healthy body image, different stress management coping techniques, and other important life longskills to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle.
