‘Origin’ is a short horror film
about a dead girl called Lily. An intelligent and confident girl while she
lived, Lily looks back on the events that lead to her murder. All the while
trapped inside the house she was killed in, obsessing over what she could have
done differently. Slowly she deteriorates, as the man who murdered her walks
free.
The film is the final and most important project for a
group of six Film students from Deakin University. We are privileged to be
filming on RED Epic cameras, with the final screening to be held at the
prestigious Astor Theatre in Melbourne! Our team is very dedicated to making
this film the best it can be, as it will be our beginning in the real world of
filmmaking.

Wait
a minute!!! Say that again….
“This
project isn’t just important for our own benefit, but also for the future of
Horror films at Deakin. If this film doesn’t impress the film faculty, they
might prohibit future students from making them.”
All right horror fans we can’t let that happen! Please click the pic,
and help them make this film and save horror at Deakin!
