Elliot
Thorpe is proud to announce the launch of his first novel, a heart-pounding
horror encompassing the ever-popular world of vampires, werewolves and witches.
Set
in 1476 against the backdrop of Vlad the Impaler and his world, COLD RUNS THE
BLOOD tells the story of a world-weary Benedictine monk, Giuliano Apollinari,
and his fight against the creatures of darkness.
The
Vampire Celebrants, the feared council of the Undead, have been searching
across the centuries for the mystical Unholy Relic. They intend to use it to
resurrect Caleb, their lord and master, and bring order to the world.
A
vampire order driven by blood, lust and revenge.
In COLD RUNS THE BLOOD Elliot weaves a fresh spin on an ages-old tale of
good against evil, setting the premise right in the middle of the birthplace of
gothic horror as we know it: medieval Europe.
"This
book is a well written, exciting adventure that transports you to a magical new
world. Gripping until the very end, I couldn't put it down once I had started
it."
