In the tradition of Mad Max, Escape from New York and The Warriors,
comes a violent, blood filled action film in tribute to the over the top,
uncensored classics of the 80's.
In a post apocalyptic future, some parts of the Country are lawless
wastelands, free of government rule. An anarchist lord of the wasteland, known
as The Veteran (Kyle William), and his vicious gang of neo-punk-goons have
built a doomsday device to end our world forever. The government must reach out
to the best and last line of defense… an ex special forces agent, now death-row
inmate, Gavin Green (Ryan Barrett), who has to break into the free zone and destroy
the device or risk the destruction of the free world.
Starring: Ryan Barrett (Neverlost, If a Tree Falls),
Robert Nolan (Sick, Familiar), Breanne TeBoekhorst (If a Tree Falls, Kill),
Kyle William, John Cross (The Post-Lifers), Nathan Hawkins (Dead Genesis),
Derrek Peels (The Big Hit, Vs. The Dead), Matthew Spencer (I Choose Chaos),
Mikelle Virey (Nine Plus One), and introducing MMA fighter Jennifer “Jenocide”
Chareunvong.
“I’ve always loved the 80’s style like “Escape from
New York” and “The Warriors”. I was very excited when the idea of “Dead All
Night” came together for an uncensored HERO to rise again! It’s rare when you
get a cast and crew so perfect like ours. Along with creating a world filled
with fun-one liners, leather jackets and epic kills.” – Christopher Giroux
“Creating a futuristic world with such vibrant colours
was something I wanted to be a part of. ‘Dead All Night’ was one of the most
fun sets I’ve ever worked on.” – Chad Archibald
"It
was such a fulfilling experience working on a project like Dead All Night, in
particular with someone like Chris, because we share the same wild, ridiculous
love of the apocalyptic, action sub-genre and both knew exactly where we were
heading with it. We talked a lot about the character and who he was and how we
had to play the over the top comedic lines, as confident and straight faced as
possible to have them fit in like they did in all those classic films of the
70's and 80's. I have to say Gavin Green was one of the funniest characters
I've gotten to play, sort of a childhood fantasy acted out, and I hope Chris
and I get to take him further, bloody adventures."
-Ry Barrett on playing Gavin
Green
"Can't
wait to showcase this film to the world along with many more surprise to
come" - Christopher Giroux
Speaking
of showcasing the film, DEAD ALL NIGHT makes it's world premiere at The Mascara
and Popcorn Film Festival in Montreal on Aug 17th
