2014 "Looks That KILL" calendar

PICK YOUR POISON – Makeup and Hair by SHAUNA LEMAY is not only a professional hair and makeup artist she is also a photographer and director for the “Looks that Kill 2014 Calendar″.  Over the course of her career, Shauna has worked on two full-length films, multiple short films, produced two LTK calendars and worked with a variety of photographers, providing her hair and makeup services for models and actors.  Shauna LeMay has made a reputation for herself in the horror world of New England, being branded by photographers and models as the go to “Gore Girl”.

FAT FOOT FILMS is a talented group of knuckleheads based out of Worcester, MA.  In the past few years they have produced two full-length features, “Joy and the Apocalypse”-a straight to TV drama/love story, and “Mourning Wood”-a whacked out zombie stoner comedy. “Mourning Wood” was picked up by Brain Damage Films and has received worldwide distribution.  Fat Foot Films 2012′s short action film, “Fight Scene”, has made it into over 15 film festival and has won awards for best thriller at the 2013 Mexico International Film Festival, winner of the 2012 Moondance International Film Festival, and Remi Winner for the 45th Annual Worldfest-Houston International Film Festival 2013.  Currently Fat Foot Films is working on their 3rd full-length comedy film, “How I Dumped My Ex-Boyfriend’s Body”.

One of the gore-geous models of the LTK calendar is VANESSA LEIGH, who is no stranger to the horror movie world.  In her most recent film Vanessa Leigh stars in “Almost Human” which was accepted into the Toronto Film Festival as part of the Midnight Madness Program along side films by Eli Roth and Lucky McKee. She has also been seen on Television in “Joy and The Apocalypse”, where she portrays Joy, a pregnant, crazy released mental patient on the last day of the world. And she also recently completed filming “ Self Storage” by Woodhaven Productions and “Erebus” a supernatural Thriller alongside actor Michael Berryman.

Another sexy calendar vixen is SARAH MICHELLE, who is a former pro wrestler gone model/actress. Interested in the kinky and twisted, she primarily focuses on fetish and horror work. Her career has taken her all over New England, way down south to Mexico and most recently “across the pond” to merry old England. She’s currently a spokes model for Rough House Publishing, car magazine Median Mag and soon to be Narragansett Beer Girl. Contributing artist to the calendar is DEREK ROOK from ROUGH HOUSE PUBLISHING.Rough House Publishing is a grindhouse-style production company of independent comic books, graphic novels, and other media, launched in 2013 by artist Derek Rook.  With a very talented band of artists, writers and creators in tow, they purge the underground for new ways to keep your senses in a firm and perpetual state of shock! Forthcoming releases include “Beautiful Worcester”, a 1970’s style bondage extravaganza and “Gates Of Hell” based on the Lucio Fulci horror film. Born with an artist brush in his fist (ouch!), Derek has set out to paint the world in a very odd and dark array of colors.  His illustrative forefathers Bernie Wrightson and Steve Bissette set the bar high and the foundation thick, which provided Derek with an amazing stage to perform on and aspire to.  Derek is a self-taught and self-made artist, utilizing the punk rock, do-it-yourself approach to most of his creator-owned work. He’s illustrated for such notable titles as “Zombie”, “Halloween” and “Deadworld” and can still be found delivering vigilante justice in Worcester, MA.  Come visit the wreckage at derekrook.com
