Sweet Home” (HSH) by Mirrortree Productions is officially released
June 4th, 2013 through Image Entertainment. The film has been
described as a nail biter and the poster quotes Horror Assylum as
saying, ‘Home invasion with a twist.’
Synopsis: Gwen Stevens (Alexandra Boylan) is at a crossroads
in her life and needs a safe, quiet place to get her head together. But when
she arrives at the house of her deceased parents in the remote New Mexico
desert, she realizes that her peaceful refuge has become home to a pair of
psychotic squatters with plans of their own. Now, miles from civilization and
possible rescue, Gwen finds herself trapped, tormented and waging a desperate
fight to escape the brutal intruders who have moved in…and who now want her
life.
‘Home
Sweet Home’ is an incredibly small indie film. Shot in the
child hood home of the director. The crew at its largest was 7
people. The film is available June 4thonline and on DVD
through iTunes, Target, Bestbuy,Walmart and many other
retailers.
Directorial debut by John K. D. Graham. AlexandraBoylan stars
as Gwen Stevens and produced the film with Graham. The pair own and
operate Mirrortree Productions.
