Sergio
Pereira’s debut horror novella is this year’s trick or treat.
“In
the middle of the night, two intruders enter the home of a broken family.
Awaiting them is a violent, demonic entity that is hell-bent on dishing out a
harsh lesson about vengeance, treachery, immorality, and survival...”
This
past Halloween, Sergio Pereira announced his arrival to the horror community
with his debut horror novella Don’t Steal from the Devil.
“From The
Exorcist to The Conjuring, I’ve always been a massive fan of
possession-themed literature and film,” says Pereira. “That being said, I
didn’t want to just rehash everything that I’ve read or seen, either. So, I
took everything that I know about demonic possession and threw another
curveball into the mix: What would happen if two burglars broke into a home,
which was inhabited by a demon? Who is the real bad guy here? And who do you
cheer for: the burglars, or the demon?”
Don’t
Steal from the Devil is available exclusively via Amazon, and can be
purchased here.
About
the Author:
Sergio
Pereira is an eccentric writer, who somehow managed to obtain a BA degree in
Media Studies and Psychology. In spite of his academic endeavours, he secretly
aspires to be The Wizard of Oz, or Batman (actually, mostly Batman). Sadly,
none of those dreams have come true for him yet. For further information,
