About The Film:
“Deadly Renovations” is the twisted story of greed, manipulation, and murder surrounding a group of home renovators who purchase the historic Del Sol Hotel in Yuma, Arizona, which also happens to be the home of stolen millions.
Actor DJ Perry (An Ordinary Killer, Blood Ties) leads a strong cast including Lana Wood (Diamonds are Forever, Satan’s Mistress), Johnny Dark (David Letterman, Skin Walker) and Terence Knox (Children of the Corn II, Tour of Duty). The film was helmed and shot by Robert H. Gwinn and written/produced by Charles Pisaeno.
