Treasure Chest of Horror III (Distribution news and Trailer Released)

Hot on the tails of the recent DVD release of Treasure Chest of Horrors II on dvd last week we are releasing a trailer for TREASURE CHEST OF HORRORS III which will be the last film in the series. From Executive Producer's James Cullen Bressack ( Hate Crime ) and Jarret Cohen at Psykik Junky Pictures and directors Doug Waugh, Shawn C. Phillips, James J. Coker, Robert Biehn and Shane Ryan (Amateur Porn Star Killer ) comes this HORROR ANTHOLOGY starring Dennis Haskins (Saved By The Bell ) Shawn C. Phillips ( Haunted High ), Brendan Mitchell ( Treasure Chest Of Horrors II ), and JD Fairman ( My Pure Joy ).  The film was recently picked up for Distribution by Wild Eye Releasing and should be out on DVD by the end of the year/ early next year.

Synopsis:

Struggling siblings discover their dead uncle's secret stash of lost horror films on videotape. The "tapes" feature demented solicitors, gruesome dares, parental murder, demonic technology, monstrous grapefruit and more. The siblings eagerly watch each of the shocking, bizarre, comedic and bloody horror films, but little do they realize that something very ghoulish and gruesome is about to happen to them.

Second Promo and Storyboards for Possessed Soul Released

Studio Releases Second Teaser Promo and Storyboards for Possessed Soul, a 3DPOV^® Horror Film

Experience Media Studios today released the second teaser clip, along with more storyboard images, for Possessed Soul, its upcoming immersive 3D horror thriller “experience” shot entirely in first-person perspective where the audience IS the main character.  View the clip, which is the second in a four-part promo, at http://youtu.be/uDlTfhUTPsE.

The horror film, penned by Jason Whittier (Waterfront Nightmare, The Secret Village) and directed by Michael-Ryan Fletchall (The Forger), is slated to begin filming in August 2013 using Experience Media Studios’ patent-pending 3DPOV^® technology.  The teaser clips give a sneak peek of the story.

Possessed Soul Synopsis:

Two teenage girls are terrorized and slaughtered in the dark woods by a knife-wielding murderer. Russ Anderson, a disturbed and menacing teenage boy, awakes in a rage from his dream. Through his eyes, the audience experiences the horror of Possessed Soul. As they torment and abuse other students and teachers at their school, Russ leads his group of sinister and unstable friends into the perverse underworld of the occult. The group focuses their threats and intimidation on another outcast, Jake, stalking him mercilessly after school.

In their relentless pursuit to have their desires fulfilled through Satanic worship, Russ and his friends engage in a series of increasingly maniacal rituals through a haze of drugs and alcohol. The further they delve into the occult, the more their grip on reality is distorted, revealing the true horror among them and the manipulative demonic terror they have unleashed.
